RBH Access Technologies, a successful, established access control systems manufacturer is looking for a National Sales Manager to develop, motivate and lead a dedicated sales team. NSM may reside anywhere in USA with easy access to a major airport.

Ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the electronic security industry, preferably with access control systems.

Candidate must have strong relationships with Value Added Resellers / Dealers and distributors of Electronic Security Systems, a successful sales track record working with decision makers, as well as in building and leading a dynamic national sales team.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with key buying contacts at current and potential accounts
• Create and deliver aggressive sales programs
• Recruit, develop and manage a national sales team – setting a high-bar for sales performance
• Develop and implement sales programs to increase topline sales
• Identify and develop sales potential for target accounts
• Participate in Trade Shows to maximize lead generation and build on new and existing relationships

Job Requirements


Education, training, experience:
Spacer Image
• Extensive experience in the electronic security systems industry mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a strong sales team within the electronic security industry
• +5 years’ experience managing relationships with VARs / dealers and distributors of electronic security systems and developing sales teams
• Experience creating and implementing successful sales programs
• Extensive travel involved
• Live near a major airport to accommodate travel requirements
