National Sales Director (NSD) - (includes: North East Territory)

Scope: Responsible for the sales management of the NE Territory and entails the supervision of three Regional Territory Sales Managers.
The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record of 3-5 years of security industry/access control sales experience and a hands-on, technical understanding of electronic access control products. Responsibilities will include sales coverage of access locking dealers and end users in the NE territory and entail approximately 70% travel. The successful candidate will have superior communication, presentation and management skills. The NSD needs to develop and increase Continental Access Control dealers and end users to grow the business within the specified NE region. The NSD shall attend trade shows; teach seminars, schedule sales calls in their region, successfully selling the Continental Access product line. Manage, Motivate and Direct the selling efforts of three Territory Managers assisting in direction of plans that meet territory sales objectives.
Education, training, experience:
* Aggressive self-starter
* Security Industry knowledge including access control 3-5 years
* Great follow up skills
* Strong Leadership and Management - Prior experience managing sales staff
* Technically inclined
* Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
