Demonstrated success building a Sales and Marketing Division from the ground-up.
Develop a marketing strategy.
Ability to understand our unique attributes and position us in the marketplace.
Build long-term relationships.
Understand and implement marketing principles.
Direct product research and development.
Oversee and evaluate market research.
Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Implementation and management of a disciplined sales process.
Education, training, experience:
Experience building a department.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales is required.
Eight or more years of Marketing and Sales experience required with managerial responsibilities.
A proven track record of attaining and maintaining sales and marketing objectives and goals.
Experience with recurring monthly revenue.
Experience in commercial and residential marketing and sales.
Technical curiosity and social media savvy.
Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills are also a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
