We are seeking a driven and successful B2B SALES professional to join our nationwide sales team. This position will have a focus on prospecting and reselling our contract monitoring services (not products) to new retail alarm dealers in the Northeast market. We offer a competitive base salary and your opportunity to prosper with bonus opportunities and UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS will be LIMITLESS! Primary duties will include:

PROSPECTING: Prospect new alarm dealers to contract with COPS Monitoring for their alarm monitoring and dealer services.

DEVELOPMENT: Work with current dealers to incentivize them to consolidate existing accounts at competitor central stations to COPS Monitoring.

INDUSTRY RELATIONSHIPS: Build and strengthen COPS Monitoring’s relationships with local and state industry-related associations.

Education, training, experience:

Desired Skills & Experience:

* At least 3 years’ experience in outside sales (selling services is a plus)

* A quantifiable record of progressive achievement and success

* An exceptional level of motivation, desire, competitiveness, customer driven focus, time management, multi-tasking, and project management skills

* Proven prospecting, follow-up, and value-added consultative selling skills

* B2B Sales experience (involving services is a plus)

* Strong presentation skills and interpersonal effectiveness

* A strong work ethic and commitment that will allow you to exceed your financial and professional goals
