Commercial & Systems Integrators
• We will rely on this candidate to recruit, train, manage, and track accountability of a team of sales professionals working in a half-dozen metro markets (primarily in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi).
• We offer the opportunity to have a direct impact in further developing a program for selling quality life safety, fire detection and security alarm systems to both residential and commercial customers (both single unit and multi-unit).
Education, training, experience:
• We are looking for a candidate with a background in sales management, knowledge of managing multiple branches, with hands-on experience in building a full-scale sales budget (production and cost projections) necessary to achieve those goals.
• This candidate should be able to demonstrate knowlege of a full range of security product lines that include structured wiring and wireless systems for total home automation, integrated business networks, access control, electronic surveillance, CCTV and supervised video monitoring and automated verification applications.
