Senior Commercial Security Sales Representative or Systems Sales Rep. eCamSecure 436 W. Walnut Street Gardena, CA. 90248 Job Description Re: Senior Commercial Security Sales Representative or Systems Sales Rep. Duties include prospecting, networking, and bidding on potential commercial accounts including experience in the owner direct, bid-spec market, end-user market, and account management. Candidate will be responsible for designing, bidding, and facilitation of medium to large, custom commercial security systems, Card Access systems, CCTV systems, and Fire Alarm Systems. Candidate will be responsible for designing, bidding, and facilitation of medium to large, custom commercial security systems, Card Access systems, CCTV systems, and Fire Alarm Systems. This sales position will be responsible for leased systems (RMR) and outright sales (direct sales) contracts. Annual sales revenue will vary depending on the level offered.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Supports the branch booking and profitability goals through the achievement and exceeding of the assigned individual sales booking plan. 2. Develops sales leads within the territory through the use of cold calling, referrals, Dodge Reports, contact with local commercial builders, direct mailing, cross-reference marketing directories, and yellow page advertising. Develops these leads through self-initiated strategies and with the assistance of local and area leadership. 3. Conducts job surveys specifying the type of systems required, and provides a sales proposal and layout to be used as a basis for the customer contract. Utilizes branch pricing guidelines to ensure consistency of proposal and contract agreements. 4. Meets regularly with building owners, security directors, local Chamber of Commerce, corporate executives, etc. in the process of obtaining sales. 5. Qualifies leads by determining or creating the need for the service offered, and confirming the prospective customer’s ability to pay for such services; presents a sales approach best suited to meet the customer’s desires and the products offered. Job Skills Experience 1. 3 plus years of outside business-to-business sales experience 2. Access Control, CCTV, Security and Fire Alarm product experience necessary. 3. Strong Lead generation skills, sales closing ability and time/organizational management 4. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel 5. Experience in construction projects/business to business sales/system application and design preferred. All industries and makets.

Job Comments Compensation Competitive Base Salary (depending on experience) plus commissions on sales paid monthly. This is a base salary plus commissions position (not a commission only job).
